These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PalmView Media website and the services provided by PalmView Media Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

PalmView Media provides professional property media services, including photography, video, drone imagery, floorplans and related media services.

All services are provided in accordance with the details confirmed at the time of booking. Optional services or enhancements may be added subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings and Orders

Bookings for services may be made through our website using secure, third-party booking systems.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information provided is accurate and complete

  • you have authority to grant access to the property

  • the property will be ready for the scheduled service

Booking confirmations, service details and access information are provided electronically.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is displayed at the time of booking or confirmed prior to service delivery.

Payment is required in accordance with the booking terms presented through the ordering platform. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services will not be delivered until payment has been received.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Where a booking is cancelled or rescheduled within a short timeframe prior to the scheduled service, fees may apply to cover time and resources allocated. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking.

5. Access and Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • safe and reasonable access to the property

  • the property is prepared and presented for the scheduled service

  • any pets are secured

  • utilities are connected where required

PalmView Media is not responsible for delays or outcomes affected by lack of access, preparation issues or on-site restrictions.

6. Weather and External Conditions

Some services, including drone photography and video, are weather-dependent.

If conditions are unsuitable, services may be rescheduled to ensure quality and compliance. PalmView Media will coordinate an alternative time where required.

7. Delivery of Media

Media is delivered electronically via secure online platforms.

Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on service type, scope and external factors. We take reasonable steps to meet expected delivery times.

8. Use of Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Media supplied by PalmView Media may be used for property marketing and promotional purposes

  • Media may be used by real estate agents, property owners and related parties involved in the marketing of the property

  • Media must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the property

Copyright remains with PalmView Media unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.

9. Third-Party Platforms

PalmView Media uses secure, white-labelled third-party platforms to manage bookings, payments, media delivery and client access.

Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. PalmView Media is not responsible for outages or issues beyond its reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • PalmView Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss

  • Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Website Use

Users must not:

  • misuse this website

  • interfere with its operation

  • attempt unauthorised access

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
